You can find the submission templates under the Forms section.‣ References & Requests:Please be clear about the type of commission you want and provide clear visual references!‣ Revisions & Feedback:During the creation process, please be direct and specific about any changes or adjustments you would like made.‣ Artistic Freedom & Rights:I reserve the right to decline any project for any reason.‣ Turnaround & Completion Time:Completion time varies depending on the project type:Standard Artwork: 2–10 weeksVTuber Projects: 3–10 months( Timeframes may shift depending on my studies, health, or personal commitments. )You will always be notified if such time shifts occure.‣ Inactivity / Rush fee:
Inactivity: If the client fails to respond to progress updates or requests for feedback within 14 days without prior notice, the project will be placed on hold, and the delivery timeframe will be reset.Rush Orders: Projects requiring a guaranteed deadline shorter than the standard turnaround time are subject to a 25% to 55% rush fee, depending on the timeframe.

50% : is due upfront
50% : due after the preview of the finished artwork.VtuberModel art:
50% : is due upfront to begin work. Covers initial design and sketch approval.50% : Due after preview of completion of the full VTuber .PSD.Rigging:
50% : Due before starting Live2D rigging.50% : Due after preview of the full model ( Physics, toggles, etc ).the previews will be watermarked, and you will receive the unwatermarked versions upon the last payment.includes minor revisions during the sketch and review phases
( ex. changing colors, changing rigging intensity, etc ).Major changes or complete redos requested after a phase has been completed will incur an additional fee
( ex. completely new pose, additional toggles,etc ).Please only commission me if you have the full funds available.‣ Crediting & Usage:Please provide proper credit whenever you post or display the artwork. If crediting on Twitch, please link directly to my Twitch channel.Commercial usage is allowed, once full payment is completed you are granted full commercial rights to the artwork. You are free to use it for streaming, social media and branding. For selling physical merchandise featuring the artwork requires an additional 10% merchandise fee.Artist Rights: i retain the right to display the completed artwork, work in progress previews and process videos in my personal portfolio, website and social media channels for self promotionUNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may any final artwork, sketch, preview, or working file be used, uploaded, or fed into AI generators, machine learning datasets, or minted as an NFT asset.‣ Cancellation by Artist:If I need to cancel your commission for any reason:You are entitled to a 100% full refund if you do not wish to use any work completed so far.Alternatively, if you wish to keep the progress made ( ex. the Model Art PSD, or Rigging ), you will receive a refund for the uncompleted phase/s, and I will transfer the working files and usage rights for the finished portion to you.‣ Cancellation by Client:If you choose to cancel the commission, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones:Work Not Started: 100% refund.Early Stage / Minimal Progress: If only preliminary work has been done, you will receive a partial refund of the active phase deposit, minus a small portion to cover initial time, setup, and administrative costs.Significant Work Completed: Once significant time and labor have been invested into an active phase, the deposit for that phase becomes non-refundable to compensate for the time worked.Unstarted Future Phases: Any payment held for future, unstarted phases (ex. Rigging if you are still on Model Art) will always be 100% refunded.Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without contacting me first will result in immediate termination of all usage rights, permanent blacklisting, and reporting of copyright infringement.
‣ File Delivery & Rights on Cancellation:If a commission is canceled early by the client, you will not receive working files, raw project files (such as .cmo3 Live2D files or psd files, etc), or commercial usage rights for any uncompleted or refunded portions of the project. All rights to unfinished work remain strictly with me.
